Béatrice MARTIN
Manager and Project Leader
Trained nurse with a post-graduate diploma in Management. Also a certified NLP practitioner.
As founder of kidsCare in 1994, Beatrice recruits the nursery school teachers, devises our staff training program and supervises educational endeavors. Working together with the crèche managers and the nurse, she is also in charge of the crèches’ quality strategy.

Patricia COLLIENNE
Financial manager
Having joined kidsCare in 2008, Patricia is in charge of the relation with the distributers and the society budgets .
She studies the place availability and develops the calendar management in cooperation with the crèche managers.
Since she came back from maternity leave, she has been working half-day.

Jessica SOARES
Human ressource manager
Jessica assures the staff management for all the kidsCare crèches.
In cooperation with Béatrice Martin she coordinates the RSE labeling as well as the professional training.
She has been working for kidsCare since September 2009.

Sandy SCHROEDER
Secretary / receptionist
Arrived in September 2011, Sandy receives the parents and gives informations.
She organises the crèche viewings in relation with the crèche managers. She is the contact person for parents concerning all questions about billing and Chèque Service-Accueil.

Marine BINARD
Nurse
Trained as a Community Health Nurse.
Marine started off her career in Brussels as a crèche nurse in a University hospital.
She has joined Kidscare in January 2007.
She monitors health and hygiene in all our crèches, supervises the feeding of the children and draws up a personal weaning program for each baby, in collaboration with his/her parents and the crèche manager.
She composes the meals in order to provide a balanced diet to the children and makes sure that the HACCP food safety measures are applied in the kitchen.
Marine is the main contact for parents regarding all health, hygiene and nutrition questions at the crèche.

Suzanne BERGANTINO
Psychologist
Joining KidsCare in November 2010, Suzanne has a master's degree in occupational psychology. She had worked in the human resources management for several years, before resuming studies in child psychology. She completed her master courses with a training at KidsCare in 2010 and was hired at the end of her studies.
She supervises the children's entries, assists the nursery school teachers and, if necessary, she can help the parents who are confronted with small educational difficulties.

Sabrina JOLLIOT
Manager of the crèche "COCOON"
Sabrina is a graduate nursery school teacher from the "IRTS de Lorraine" and has a master in psychologie from the UFR.
She joined Kidscare in 2001. Firstly as a nursery school teacher, then as a crèche manager.

She joined KidsCare in September 2010 after many years of experience in a French crèche in Luxembourg.

Naja is a graduate nursery school teacher from the "UCC" Danmark.
She joined the kidsCare team in mai 2011, after several years of experience in a crèche in Luxembourg and in Danmark, where she had worked in a home for autistic persons aswell.

Tina GOLTSOU
Manager of the crèche and kindergarten "PEDAKIMOU"
Tina has a master's degree in human science and psychologie from de University Victor Ségalen Bordeaux and is trained in developmental psychologie.
She joined the kidsCare team in August 2011 after several years of experience in the domain of psychopathologie in early childhood.

Emilie PARRAVANO et Marie LES
Associated managers of the crèche "ACQUA BELLA" in Stadtbredimus, franchised by kidsCare
Emilie is a graduate nursery school teacher from the "Haute Ecole Robert Schumann" in Virton.
She has been doing a replacement for several months in kidsCare crèches, after which she decided to open her own crèche in association with Marie Les, whom she met during a former working experience.
Together, they have the project to admit children in the best development conditions.
